Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and market expansion for our Imaging DSLR product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and regional market development, along with a strategic approach to achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sales growth and market expansion for Imaging DSLR products, including OM Systems, Fujifilm, and Olympus Cameras.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and market share targets.

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors, while actively expanding the distribution network.

Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competition, and customer requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and actionable insights for product positioning and improvement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive client engagement and timely resolution of queries or concerns.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
