Position Summary

We are looking for a highly professional, analytical, and result-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The ideal candidate should have prior experience working closely with senior leadership in a corporate or family-run business environment and possess strong business acumen, financial understanding, and executive coordination skills.

This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strategic thinking, advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise, and the capability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

  • Prioritize and coordinate time-sensitive business activities and commitments.

  • Ensure effective planning and seamless execution of meetings and events.

Communication & Coordination

  • Screen, manage, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.

  • Act as a liaison between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

Strategic Business & Financial Analysis

  • Analyze business performance data, financial reports, and management information.

  • Interpret key financial metrics, balance sheets, P&L statements, and business dashboards.

  • Prepare executive summaries, MIS reports, and actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Support the CMD with strategic business reviews and performance tracking.

Reporting & Presentation Management

  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Advanced Excel.

  • Create dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports for management reviews.

  • Present complex information in a concise and executive-friendly format.

Meeting & Project Coordination

  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items.

  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments.

  • Ensure timely execution of CMD directives and organizational priorities.

Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality.

  • Maintain organized records, documents, and executive communications.

  • Support governance and compliance requirements as directed by the CMD.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management, or related field.

  • MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Chief of Staff Support, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

  • Experience in a professionally managed organization or family-run business preferred.
