Job Title: GeM Executive
Location: Mumbai – Kandivali
Experience Required: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations
Role Overview
The GeM Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listings, bid participation, and tender management. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure compliant, timely, and competitive bid submissions across government and PSU projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all operational activities on the GeM portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Create, update, and manage product and service listings, category mapping, and regular bid participation (every alternate day).

Participate actively in tenders across sectors such as Smart City, Safe City, ITMS, Data Centres, BFSI, PSU, and Oil & Gas.

Ensure strict compliance of listings in line with GeM product categories, service specifications, and policy guidelines.

Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial bid documents, and track bids through to order placement.

Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and OEM partners for pricing inputs, documentation, and approvals.

Maintain and update MIS reports covering tender participation, bid status, order closures, and payment tracking.
Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of GeM portal operations and government procurement processes.

Hands-on experience in tender documentation, bid submission, and order management.

Understanding of BFSI, PSU, and Oil & Gas project environments is an added advantage.

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
