Product Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Act as single point of contact with ODM partners for product development.
• Release product specifications and track requirements.
• Manage development schedules, milestones and sample approval process.
• Track product cost targets and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate STQC, BIS, WPC and EMC testing.
• Ensure compliance with Essential Requirements, PPO and Security guidelines.
• Prepare Technical Construction File, compliance dossier and certification documentation.
• Develop PRD, product roadmap, sample approval reports and regulatory approval packages.
Preferred Skills
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of STQC, BIS, WPC, EMC and regulatory processes.
• Excellent documentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Preference Criteria
• Experience working with ODM/OEM partners.
• Experience in IT peripherals, surveillance or electronics industry.
• Exposure to government compliance and certification processes.
