Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Technical Analyst with strong experience in ITMS, Smart City solutions, and government/enterprise bidding processes.
The role involves managing end-to-end presales activities including solution design, bid management, technical documentation, and coordination for large-scale infrastructure and technology projects such as Smart Cities, Safe Cities, Digital Classrooms, ICT Labs, ICCC, and Data Centers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, OEMs, and government stakeholders to ensure successful bid submissions and project readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Bidding Management
- Manage the complete presales and bidding lifecycle, including bid evaluation, documentation preparation, and timely submission
- Analyze RFP / RFQ / EOI documents to understand technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
- Ensure compliance with bid terms, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet submission deadlines
Solution Design & Technical Planning
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for projects including:
- ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management Systems)
- Smart City / Safe City Solutions
- Digital Classrooms, ICT Labs, and Studios
- ICCC (Integrated Command & Control Centers)
- Data Centers
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for proposed technical solutions
- Perform server sizing, networking design, and infrastructure planning
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams and system integration plans
Documentation & Proposal Development
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical proposals
- Develop technical write-ups, presentations, and compliance matrices
- Verify and validate documentation before bid submission
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for technical inputs
- Ensure alignment between technical specifications and commercial proposals
- Support post-bid activities such as:
- Technical presentations
- Clarifications
- Negotiations
- Compliance discussions

- Experience in Smart City / Safe City / Government projects
- Exposure to:
