Position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Delhi / Mumbai
Reporting To: Business Head

Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility, partner engagement, and demand generation for the company’s Value Solution Portfolio. The role will work closely with OEM Partners, Product Managers, Sales Teams, and Channel Partners to execute impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company solutions and OEM brands.
  • Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning and visibility across key enterprise and channel segments.

2. OEM & Partner Marketing

  • Collaborate with OEM partners for joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage and track MDF programs and marketing budgets with OEMs.
  • Plan and execute partner engagement activities such as partner meets, roadshows, and webinars.

3. Campaign & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Generate qualified leads for sales teams through targeted campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

4. Events & Brand Building

  • Plan and manage industry events, partner events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Key Skills

  • Strong B2B marketing and partner marketing experience
  • Experience working with OEM marketing programs and MDF
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand promotion
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Sales, Partners, and OEM teams
  • Ability to translate marketing activities into business pipeline

Qualification

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent
  • 3–5 years’ experience in technology, IT distribution, or enterprise solutions marketing
