Experience Required: 2–3 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to support the finance function by managing end-to-end accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves working closely with Mr. Nirav Manek and handling accounting activities up to the finalization of the balance sheet while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet and P&L

  • Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and adherence to accounting standards

  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings and documentation

  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

  • Monitor and review accounts payable and receivable functions

  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Support process improvements and internal control mechanism

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and financial reporting

  • Experience in finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation

  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualified CA with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience

  • Experience in corporate accounting / distribution / IT / trading industry is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working closely with senior finance leadership
