About the Role
Creative Newtech is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations for its
Value Solution Distribution (VSD) vertical. The role will focus on
vendor coordination, purchase planning, order execution, and inventory optimization to ensure timely availability of products and efficient supply chain operations.
The Purchase Manager will work closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, OEM vendors, and finance teams to support business growth while maintaining strong control over procurement cycles and working capital.
Key Responsibilities
= Manage end-to-end procurement process including purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
= Coordinate with OEM vendors and distributors to ensure timely availability of products.
= Work closely with Product Managers to plan procurement based on demand forecasts and sales opportunities.
= Monitor and manage purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
= Ensure accurate documentation, purchase records, and ERP updates for all procurement transactions.
= Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
= Work with finance teams to ensure proper invoice matching, GRN processing, and vendor payment coordination.
= Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

Experience & Skills
= 6–10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within IT distribution or enterprise technology companies
= Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory planning
= Experience working with OEM vendors and supply chain teams
= Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and purchase documentation
= Strong coordination and negotiation skill
