Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion for our portfolio of IT hardware and CCTV surveillance products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market expansion for leading brands including COOLER MASTER, Cricut, HONEYWELL, AOC, Samsung, Lexar, LENCO, Fuji Film, OM Systems, Sparsh, Matrix, Cyber Security products, and other IT & surveillance solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned business targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, dealers, distributors, system integrators (SI), and resellers.
- Expand the distribution and dealer network within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements to enhance sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and customer support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt issue resolution.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.
